In this virtual atmosphere, the learners will attend different conferences hosted by two ITIL Experts, who will explain the foundations of ITIL v3. 1. The ITIL v3 Foundation Exam, upon successful passing of the ITIL v3 Foundation exam, the student will be recognized with 2 credits in the ITIL qualification scheme.
